At the current early-access stage, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, primarily:

• your email address when you join early access;
• information you include when contacting BYND8; and
• basic technical information generated when you access the website where necessary for operating, securing or diagnosing the service.

We do not currently collect payment information through the BYND8 early-access website.

When you join BYND8 early access, we use your email address to:

• record your early-access registration;
• send confirmation that you joined;
• communicate important information about BYND8;
• tell you about early access, launch availability and relevant BYND8 product updates.

We will not use your email for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis or consent where required.

When you voluntarily submit your email through the early-access form, you request to join the BYND8 early-access list and agree to the processing of your email for the purposes described at the point of collection and in this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw from early-access communications at any time.

You can do so using an unsubscribe option where one is provided or by contacting: support@bynd8.in

Withdrawal will not affect processing that lawfully occurred before the withdrawal.

We may use personal information to:

• operate the BYND8 website;
• manage the early-access list;
• send requested communications;
• respond to enquiries;
• maintain security and prevent abuse;
• troubleshoot technical problems; and
• understand and improve the reliability of the website.

BYND8 uses third-party technology providers to operate the website and early-access service.

These currently include services used for:

• database and backend infrastructure;
• website hosting;
• email delivery;
• DNS, routing and website security.

Our current infrastructure includes Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Cloudflare.

These providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their respective services to BYND8 and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

BYND8 uses an email-delivery provider to send early-access confirmation and related communications.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information:

• to service providers where necessary to operate BYND8;

• in connection with a future restructuring or transfer of the BYND8 business, subject to applicable requirements.

We retain early-access information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the early-access programme and communicate about BYND8.

If you ask to leave the early-access list or request deletion of your information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or stop using the relevant information unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• ask to stop receiving early-access communications;
• request deletion of personal information where applicable; or
• raise a privacy-related concern.

We may need to verify that a request relates to the person making it before acting on certain requests.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through BYND8.

However, no internet service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

BYND8 may use technologies that are necessary for the operation, security and performance of the website.

BYND8 also uses a product-analytics service (PostHog) to understand how people use the early-access website — for example page views and early-access form interactions. We configure analytics to avoid collecting email addresses, names, phone numbers or other direct personal identifiers as event properties, and we do not enable session replay on the current marketing site.

If BYND8 introduces advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated accordingly.

The current BYND8 early-access website is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

The age requirements and any parental-consent mechanisms for the future BYND8 platform will be defined before features intended for minors are introduced.

BYND8 may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves or legal requirements change.
