BYND8 is being developed as a culture-first platform around the dance scene.

The current website provides information about BYND8 and allows visitors to join an early-access list.

Features described as upcoming, planned or in development may not yet be available.

Joining the early-access list does not:

• guarantee access to any particular feature;
• guarantee a specific launch date;
• create a paid subscription;
• require BYND8 to release a particular product or feature; or
• guarantee participation in future events or programmes.

BYND8 may change its launch plans, features or early-access programme as the product develops.

You may not use the website to:

• violate applicable law;
• interfere with the website's operation or security;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
• submit malicious software or automated abuse;
• impersonate another person;
• use another person's contact information without authority; or
• misuse BYND8's services or infrastructure.

The BYND8 name, brand identity, logo, visual system, website design, original content and software are owned by or licensed to the BYND8 operator unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of BYND8 intellectual property to users.

Third-party names, logos, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to keep information on the website accurate and useful.

However, because BYND8 is under active development, information about upcoming features, services or availability may change.

BYND8 uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the website.

Availability of parts of the website may therefore depend on those services.
